Each signatory receives the document or agreement to sign on their mobile. The system tracks in real time who has and who hasn’t yet signed, to allow you to remind them and chivvy the process along.

Each signatory’s signature is protected using encrypted string technology meaning even if the server was broken into no signatures exist in the server. They only get inked onto the document when all signatories have completed the agreement. This also means the signer only has to sign once on the mobile app to allow them to sign all future documents with a simple approval window.

A docket (fingerprint) containing all the information to backup the legal and correct signing of a document is made available to both yourself and the signee(s) once the document or agreement is completed.
